What is the screen size of a mobile phone?

The screen size of a mobile phone is the length of its diagonal, which is the distance between opposite points or corners, usually calculated in in inches. Screen size is different from screen resolution.

Differences between screen size and screen resolution

  1. The screen size of a mobile phone is the physical width or height of your monitor’s screen while screen resolution of a mobile phone is the number of pixels on screen.
  2. Screen size is the physical image size while screen resolution is the logical image size.
  3. Screen size is measured in inches while screen resolution is measured in pixels.
